First Divx certified DVD recorder that also records content in Divx format from LSI

All I need is cable Tv ( not available in my country anyway ) or a DVB card and I am all set for my tv shows.. oh wait we don't get US channels on sat TV anyway, bummer I'll have to keep downloading..
